The project presented involved the design and supply of furnishings for a room at the Park Hotel Olimpia in the Oltrepò Pavese hills, aiming to recreate the atmosphere of a cave.
The first phase involved researching and selecting suitable materials for partial wall cladding, such as old wooden planks, and then supplying furnishings for the room that would blend seamlessly with the cave’s organic forms, recreating a warm atmosphere and incorporating elements characterized by soft, curved shapes, such as a sofa and coffee tables, that contrasted with the bolder lines of the rock.
